If you have your special day booked at Heaton House Farm, then you will have had the excitement of receiving your invitation to the first Experience Event of 2020!
Exclusively for those with their wedding date booked at Heaton House Farm, couples can come along to gather plans and ideas for their wedding. This is their chance to speak to some of the suppliers from our directory, ask any questions to our team or just to see their chosen venue again!
We love to see what our venue dressers and florists create at each event and wow, what beautiful displays we had this time!
The Oak Beamed Barn was dressed beautifully by Artistry In Flowers who created a vintage floral set-up featuring beautiful hanging jars of flowers and the rustic ‘Love’ by Love Lights The Way completing the perfect rustic look.
Qube Events and Productions chose to dress under the stars with their alluring autumn blossom trees with powered candles all down the aisle, it truly felt like a walk through the park in October – bliss!
Alongside the ceremony areas, the companies dressed the dining tables in spectacular shows of floristry and styles that certainly got our couples talking!
To add the finishing touch to these beautiful displays were Lightech who lit up the room with their coloured uplighters, floating naked bulb display and flambeaux that lit the entrance porchway on guest arrival.
It’s a Sunday afternoon, everyone’s off work and ready to treat themselves to some delicious food, so it’s a good job our onsite caterers – Stable Yard Catering – were on hand with some samples and displays of the scrumptious meals off their menus and our Events Teams had refreshing reception drinks made up to try – including our ‘Pimp Your Gin’ station which seems to be on trend!
On to puddings now though with Buttercup Cakes and Vitalianos Ice Cream on hand to serve up that special treat!
If you’re a big music lover, you will have loved our musical suppliers at this event, featuring Tom Finkill hosting the showcase from behind the decks, Groovy Revolution rocking the microphone and for a more contemporary affair, Liz Hendry tinkling on the piano – a perfect combination whilst enjoying a drink at the bar!
For those looking for other ideas to keep your guests entertained on the day, we had magician David Oakley showing us a few tricks he had up his sleeve, we had a spin of the wheel with GB Fun Casinos, the famous selfie mirror came along with Eventech to capture that picture perfect shot and for those action thrill seekers, Madrenaline had bought along one of their Segways for guests to try – did you have a go?!
If you have a passion for wedding fashion and beauty, this event was great for you! We had Maria Modes and Cheshire Menswear here to dress our brides and grooms with Glorious Tiaras to complete the bridal attire with their beautiful display of headpieces.
Alongside your attire, another important factor for our brides is of course, beauty! So, Sarah Meredith was in the pamper room delivering beauty and hair tips!
For the ladies attending the weddings, Kinderton Hat Stuido had magnificent fascinators and hats available to try, there was one for every coloured outfit!
We want to help our couples with every aspect of their day, even the things they may not have thought about.
We’ve had a lot of our couples attend who have got married over the festive season or had a Valentine’s proposal and are therefore in the early stages of planning, it may be they want to send out save the dates or even begin thinking about their invitations, Shell Bells Handmade Wedding Stationery were here to give advice and show samples.
Are you having a church ceremony and looking for a transport method to get from church? Maybe you’d like a ride out in a classic car, Italian Job Mini Hire bought along their mini’s which looked fantastic parked up in the courtyard!

Have you thought about who will be capturing your wedding on camera? Maybe you’re thinking of having a wedding film to look back on in years to come – YSD Media have captured many weddings here at the venue and were here to speak with our couples.
Every wedding requires pictures to look back on what a tremendous time was had by all, so it’s a good job Jon Thorne and Kyle Hassall were here, and they also captured pictures of the event for us! Thank you!
