Our team of Events Coordinators are here to provide our clients with everything required to create an unforgettable experience and deliver a professional service with expert knowledge to execute the perfect event! This role is different day to day, it varies from showing potential clients around the venue, putting together quotes for events, finalising arrangements with clients, planning our showstopping events and of course, acting as the first point of call/Master of Ceremonies on an event day!
From ensuring the administration duties are completed to the running of the actual event, every day is guaranteed to be different as the Events Team look after every single detail to ensure our couples day exceeds their expectations.

Around the venue, there are many jobs that need to be complete to ensure our event days run smoothly, from cleaning and preparing the venue ready for the suppliers to come and dress on the wedding morning, to servicing our accommodation rooms between events ready to welcome the new guests. Preparation is key within the venue and even on non-event days, there is still lots to be done ready for the busy runs of weddings we have.
To ensure our venue and accommodation is kept to a luxury standard, we have an excellent Housekeeping team who maintain a strong focus on quality and cleanliness. Attention to detail is key!

The team of Stable Yard Catering chefs need no introduction, they create all of the incredible and delicious dishes that our couples and their guests enjoy. From catering tasting nights, wedding breakfasts, evening food and also catering for exterior events and our show-stopping Christmas Ball.
Every member of the kitchen team has a vital role in making sure the food service runs smoothly, whilst keeping our kitchens immaculate and organised to help acheive this.

Our guests need to be cared for throughout the event and our exceptional onsite caterers with their hospitality team ensure that their needs are met by providing outstanding service, delicious food and an overall incredible experience.
The supervisors run the day to day management of our F&B team, they also offer training where needed. They work alongside the Heaton House Farm coordinators to ensure timings are kept to and the couple’s and their guests receive top quality service.
