With exclusive invites sent out to our excited couples and recommended suppliers eager to meet them, our dedicated team were ready and organised to ensure that stepping into our Spring Experience Event of 2024 was a magical event and we can truly say it was!
Each year we host two experience events, exclusively for our couples who have their wedding booked with us. This gives them a chance to meet potential suppliers for their big day, catch up with their nearest and dearest or inspire them with ideas for their special day as they explore our venue once more.
A shoutout to our wonderful team who worked tirelessly to organise this event welcoming over 400 guests!

On arrival into our beautiful rustic oak barn, our coordinators were ready and waiting at the front desk to welcome our guests, as well as answering questions regarding their wedding day! The wonderful Karene from Calluna Ceremonies was on hand to answer questions about all things ceremony-related.
And the main thing was that everyone had fun whilst planning – and it certainly looked like they did!
Catering, Cake, and Coned Ice Cream
When organising a wedding day, food is always one of the top priorities. Our team of highly qualified chefs from our in-house catering company, Stableyard Catering provided delicious sample dishes as a taste of what’s to come on our couple’s special day, alongside answering any queries about the menus whether it be about pre-wedding nibbles, drinks packages, the wedding breakfast and evening food options.
For those with a sweet tooth, we had That Little Cake Place who brought along a tasty selection of cake flavours and styles as well as Vitaliano’s Ice Cream for a refreshing spring treat!
Bridal Beauty
Our brides were given the opportunity to soak in the perfect vision of what their wedding morning in our stunning pamper room would look like with the help of Dollface and Charlotte Rose who were there to showcase all things beauty.
Picturesque photography and videography
To capture those all-important moments of a lifetime, photographers Steve Bridgwood and Lee Brown along with Laura from Vision Wave Videography, displayed some of their best work for couples to gain inspiration for their picture-perfect shots whilst also capturing the special moments from our fantastic spring event!
Dressing up your wedding venue
With endless theming options when it comes to wedding décor, we welcomed Artistry in Flowers and Butterfly Events as a perfect opportunity for our couples to see the venue dressed up in different styles.
Lighting up the rooms was Love Lights the Way showing various displays of both neon lights and light-up letters adding an extra sparkle to both our Steeles Barn and those finer details which add that extra bit of magic to a wedding day!
Stunning Stationery
Stationery ideas were flowing for our couples with beautiful designs from Inspired by Lisa and wedding signage and table stationery by Just Add Chalk along with some stunning personalised wooden stationery options.
Attire tailored to you
For those still searching for the perfect outfit, local supplier Bridal Quarters displayed a pop-up bridal; boutique with their gorgeous model showcasing various styles alongside Best Man with their stylish suit displays for the groom and groomsmen to browse.
Kinderton Hats also joined us with an array of colours and styles of fascinating fascinators and hats, which lots of guests were intrigued to try on!
Entertainment for all
If having plenty of fun is on your wedding checklist, then GB Fun Casinos; a professional casino experience, and an immersive photobooth from That Prop Guy were a highlight of the event and would be the perfect entertainment on any wedding day!
Memorable Music
Music is another key element to a wedding day and with so many options it can be hard to choose! Guests enjoyed a selection of music styles including beautifully intimate piano music played by Benjamin Clarke, an upbeat band lively evening party band Moonshine and finally DJ & Event Host Tom Finkill who is sure to get your guests on their feet! Our talented suppliers absolutely blew us away at our event!
